The foundry service provider found the solution in Advantech's Panel PC.The slim profiles,comprehensive functionality,high
brightness LCDs and user-friendly Advantech PPC-153T touchscreen make it an ideal human-machine interface.In this case,
the PPC-153T wasintegrated intothe CIM (Centre for Intelligent Machines)System:the host server is in charge of data processing
and storage,while as the PPC-153T serves as an operating panel for commanding.
System
PPC-153T was connected tothe host server through Ethernet,and the bar code reader wasconnected to PPC-153T. Operators
can easily retrieve data with the touch panel of the PPC-153T and collect data by scanning the bar code on the wafer.

Introduction
