Chapter 2 Installation

2.2 Hardware Installation

Before installation, please read and follow the precautions to the installation:

1. Users MUST use a proper and well-installed surge protector in the outdoor

installation. Otherwise, lightening surge may damage the devices.

2. Users MUST use the PoE Injector complied with EKI-6340 series.

Note! Lightning DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

Warning! Users MUST turn off the device first before connecting the external

antenna.
